The Amazin’ Mets are teaming up with Island Harvest Food Bank for the once-a-year “Home Run to End Hunger” presented by Petro Home Services. The event helps improve the budget to combat hunger on Long Island.
Fans of Island Harvest and the Mets are invited to pop out to Citi Field on Wednesday, May 1, at five:10 p.M. For a pre-sport celebration inside the distinctive Foxwoods Club, they feature food, drinks, exciting public sale prizes, and special appearances by the crew’s mascot, Mr. Met. After the pre-game festivities, enthusiasts will watch the Mets take on the Cincinnati Reds at 7:10 p.M., mainly deciding on subject-degree seats.
