Fast-developing facilities control company B38 Group has introduced £2m of recent contract wins for its support offerings department in its first three months of operation following its release in August as part of the group’s approach to growing the in-house services it offers clients.
Headquartered in Wakefield, B38 Group has various assets support presenting protecting both ‘difficult’ technical building services and cleaning and ‘tender’ services for non-public region customers and blue-chip firms nationwide. Led by Sue Cawley and Steve Trott, the new department is designed to enhance service through the self-delivery of gentle FM and cleaning services, with B38 Group having recruited two hundred different groups of workers to run the operation.
