ANGI HomeServices (NASDAQ: ANGI) announced the appointment of Shannon Shaw as Chief Legal Officer for ANGI HomeServices, powerful at once. Ms. Shaw will oversee all criminal and compliance throughout Angie’s List, HomeAdvisor, Handy, and human resources. Today’s information marks a go-back for Ms. Shaw. She previously served as Angie’s List’s Chief Legal Officer, having joined the employer throughout its initial IP, O, and became instrumental in ensuring a successful transaction for the sale of Angie’s List to IAC. Ms. Shaw will record to ANGI HomeServices Chief Executive Officer Brandon Ridenour.

Ms. Shaw brings more than 15 years of prison, human assets, and corporate experience to ANGI HomeServices. Most recently, Ms. Shaw served as Chief Counsel, Americas for dormakaba Inc., overseeing the employer’s prison operations for North America, Mexico, and South America. She holds a JD from Indiana University McKinney School of Law, wherein she also finished dual Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Journalism and Political Science.
